  • Created range review submissions and presentation decks, including revised line plans, cost proposals and summaries around company's goals
  • Collaborated with product development and design teams to propose new product concepts and packaging designs for in-store rollout.
    Retail & Customer Management:
  • Acted as a key liaison between Bunnings and Arlec,
maintaining consistent communication to ensure alignment between Bunnings' retail strategy and Arlec's product development roadmap.
  • This involved managing communication between
the Merchandising Coordinator, warehouse team and Bunnings representatives for product presentation and store-related enquiries.

Logistics & Supply Chain:

  • Oversaw coordination of purchase orders between Bunnings and
Arlec, ensuring cargo ready and in-store dates were met.
  • Worked closely with the purchasing team to adjust order quantities based on Bunnings’ sales forecasts and factory MOQs,
enabling timely and cost-effective stock movement from international suppliers.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Maintained seamless communication across internal
departments; this includes design, purchasing and product management.
  • Ensured operational efficiency and consistent execution across the product lifecycle.


Data & System Maintenance:

  • Maintained internal product databases and systems to ensure
