As the founder of Jaggernaut Jewellery, I apply my background in sales, marketing and product development to oversee all facets of the brand’s creative and commercial strategy. The business blends artistic direction with e-commerce management, requiring strategic decision-making across product design, supplier relations, digital marketing and customer engagement. This entrepreneurial experience has strengthened my commercial acumen, brand storytelling and end-to-end product lifecycle management, bridging creativity with data-driven growth.
I created Jaggernaut Jewellery to gain hands-on experience in a competitive retail landscape while building a platform that explores my cultural identity through art and fashion. Sourcing jewellery from marketplaces across India and blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design is a core part of the brand’s strategy.

Role Outline
Product Development and Sourcing:
Manage supplier relationships across international markets, oversee sampling, pricing and quality assurance to ensure commercially viable and design-aligned collections.
Brand & Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital and influencer channels to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
Revising our organic content strategy by reiterating our content pillars ; community, culture, education and styling.
E-Commerce & CRM Management:
Oversee Shopify operations, including sales analysis, conversion optimisation and customer relationship management to improve retention and user experience.
Content Production:
Direct and coordinate photoshoots, video campaigns and creative assets to maintain consistent brand identity and visual storytelling.
Social Media Strategy:
Create content calendars, manage paid advertising campaigns and track analytics to refine audience targeting and engagement.
Event & Partnership Activation:
Plan and execute market activations, pop-ups and collaborations to enhance brand reach and gather real-time consumer insights.

Fathers' Day Campaign
One of Jaggernaut’s key audiences is the Australian South-Asian diaspora. During a period of heightened anti-immigration sentiment (coinciding with Father’s Day), we produced a short film that both showcased our pieces and explored cultural identity, featuring women writing heartfelt letters to their migrant fathers as a reflection of shared heritage and belonging.

First Official Photoshoot showcasing Bags
Organised and directed our first photoshoot to launch a new product category (bags) organising creative direction, talent coordination, styling and location management.
